Shipping Policy
At Selorie & Co., every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your timepiece arrives beautifully and safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays. During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 1–7 business days.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the control of Selorie & Co.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any free-shipping promotions or minimum purchase requirements will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be emailed once your package has been prepared for shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking information. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Contact us immediately at selorieandco@gmail.com if you notice an error. We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Selorie & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us due to an incomplete address, incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Should your package be returned, please contact selorieandco@gmail.com. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order when the original address was entered incorrectly or the package was refused.
Delayed Packages
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside our control.
Should your tracking information stop updating or your order exceed the estimated delivery period, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current information. You may also email us at selorieandco@gmail.com, and we will help review the shipment details.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Selorie & Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.
When tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
1. Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, or building office.
2. Ask household members or nearby neighbors whether they accepted it.
3. Allow one additional business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
4. Contact the shipping carrier to request delivery details or open a claim.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Should your package or watch arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, email selorieandco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs within seven days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist with the appropriate resolution.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at selorieandco@gmail.com to request an order change or cancellation.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
