Return & Refund Policy


At Selorie & Co., we hope you love your new timepiece. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Should your purchase not be quite right, please review our return policy below.


Return Eligibility


You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is marked delivered.


To qualify for a return, the watch must be:


Unworn, unused, and in its original condition


Free from scratches, marks, odors, or other signs of wear


Returned with all protective films still attached


Returned with its original packaging and accessories


Returned with every bracelet link, including links removed for sizing


Accompanied by proof of purchase



You may carefully try on your watch, provided it remains in new and resalable condition.


Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Your order number


The item you would like to return


The reason for your return



Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.


Please do not send your order back to the address shown on the original shipping label unless we instruct you to do so.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including:


Changing your mind


Ordering the wrong color or style


Sizing concerns


No longer wanting the item



We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been completed. Selorie & Co. is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.


Selorie & Co. will cover return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us promptly if your watch is damaged, appears defective, or you receive the wrong item.


Email selorieandco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.


Normal wear, accidental damage, scratches, improper care, unauthorized repairs, or moisture damage caused by exposure beyond the watch’s confirmed water-resistance rating are not considered manufacturing defects.


Exchanges


The fastest way to receive a different style or color is to return the original item and place a new order after your return request has been approved.


Exchanges are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee that a requested replacement will remain in stock while your return is in transit.


Nonreturnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration


Watches missing bracelet links, packaging, or included accessories


Items returned after the 14-day return period


Gift cards


Items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase



A promotional discount does not automatically make an item final sale unless it was clearly identified as final sale on the product page.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.


Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or could not be fulfilled by Selorie & Co.


If your refund has been approved but has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


Order Changes and Cancellations


Contact us immediately at selorieandco@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel your order.


We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.


Orders that have already shipped must follow our standard return process.
